Cute place to stay for a few nights, quiet and off the main road so easy to sleep. Loved hanging out with the cats!
The only improvement would be perhaps that the communal kitchen area opens a little earlier.

My wife and I stayed for just one night. That being said the owners ( sisters) made us feel so much at home that we wished we had booked longer! Right when we checked in they were very welcoming and we felt very honest genuine people to deal with. I requested a quite room and received a nice room in the corner of the building. Sleepy House is located down a very quite street so the name really fits !
On a side note there are a bunch of cats rooming about most of them are sleepy as well. Our room was basic but decorated in a unique way and felt comfortable right from the start. In addition everything in the room was clean and accessible. In fact there are little homemade guide books placed in the room informing the guest of the facilities, and other important info. Plus one guide gives you info a traveling around Chiang Rai. The best part of our stay for me was I slept very well ! and of course all the cool cats make one relax.
Overall we would love to return for a longer stay in the future.
No problems to note everything went smoothly !

住宿好多貓咪，闆娘其中一位會中文，親切友善，地點方便，附近有餐廳超市。
停車位有點小。如果開車的人太多會需要配合移車
