The place is amazingly clean and quiet at night. The location is great in downtown Chiang Rai. It also has a wonderful garden and the rate is excellent for the value.

Location was good.
Breakfast area pleasant with Carp fish and lush plants.
Breakfast complimentary was toast, jam butter boiled egg and banana. Tea coffee. Rather nice actually.

Dark.. Bathroom 👎🏻 Aircon stopped working and light flash on and off ALL night!
Batteries not changed.
