Nice hotel in a good location in Chiang Rai
The room was lovely and clean, good size and nice and quiet and dark so we slept very well

Location was okay due to being close to clock tower and quiet area. Water bottle every day.
Everything was tired and broken. The shower didn’t drain properly, cupboards were broken held on by tape, the terrace door didn’t open or close properly. It was bare minimum clean. The entrance isn’t obvious and the staff weren’t very welcoming. Garden view is deceiving, there’s no garden it’s just the front of the building which also was tired and not well maintained. Although breakfast wasn’t included when booking, my booking said breakfast 7.30-10 so I asked and there was no breakfast. Coffee cups in the room but no coffee or tea provided.
