Free car parking in garage due to AC not working at full summer 37 degC. Reasonable easy to get there by car.
AC out of service at full summer heat. Next to the hotel there is a hospital, loud noise floor during night with windows open.

The rooms are large and spacious with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a Lidl nearby. The breakfast is great and well thought out for a small hotel.
The air conditioning was not working. The staff did not give any indication as to if and when it would be fixed. The gym is poorly though out and has limited equipment. The treadmill was broken when I used it. I informed the staff about this as it was dangerous, stopping suddenly with any significant pressure on the belt. The staff didnt seem at all concerned about this. My overall impression was that the hotel needs maintenance as there are a few issues that need fixing.
