The staff is attentive and available to assist customers. The rooms are soundproofed, allowing me to work both during the day and evening without being disturbed by noise. Excellent location with nearby metro/bus stations, shops, restaurants, and beaches.

the AC, the cleanliness
there was no wifi on the first day and half of the second day. The phone at the reception is not working. There is no room service, the rooms are a bit dark

Good location with excellent public transport. Hotel staff very helpful.
No cupboard or wardrobe so living out of a suitcase.
