We had a wonderful stay here. The owners and their staff are just lovely. The breakfast was amazing, lots to chose from and homemade bread and scones too! The rooms were lovely, beds very comfortable. A bar and restaurant on site so you can grab a drink and a bite to eat which was handy too. We loved our stay 10/10.

nice spacious (but hot) room and it was within 2 minutes walk to the castle grounds which proved to be a real bonus after spending a long day exploring the castle and it's grounds. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Our room on the top floor (I note that our bags were carried up to our room on arrival) it was well kitted out with the usual tea making facilities and plenty of areas for luggage etc good sized bed . We did visit during a mini heatwave and found the room very warm (even with the fan provided) if you're used to air con rooms then unfortunately blarney castle is not for you. we had a pleasant meal in the bar area and breakfast on the morning before leaving, breakfast proved to be limited to cooked items except a baked scone (which we found a bit strange for a breakfast offer) again if you're seeking a continental style breakfast look elsewhere. The cooked breakfast was served hot and was tasty
