The location worked as it was close to my customer's office. The room was quiet and I slept well. The wifi worked well.
It was hard to communicate with the staff as many of them didn't speak English.
It was raining for three days, and when I asked the concierge for an umbrella, they were out of stock.
They didn't clean my room as they claimed that I had asked to not be disturbed, but I never put the no disturb sign on my door.

Friendly staffs.
Breakfast was good
The restaurant 御皇軒 - food & service were wonderful.
Mediocre renovation (especially in the bathroom - see photo).
Bathroom light was turned on by itself in the middle of the night.
The towels at the gym & swimming pool were worse than my floor mop.
It's a 3-star hotel at best.
