1. The location is very central and accessible to a lot of places including the night market and shopping..
2. It is near to the family market and convenience shop.
3. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful in attending to our queries and needs.

The staff was very kind and helped me get parked via the car elevator despite there being a bit of a language barrier. Check in and out was very simple and everyone was friendly and helpful. There was breakfast and they were clear I was welcome to join but I had to leave earlier than it was served. The room was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small little convenient store across the street for snacks.
As other reviews mentioned the room smelled like stale cigarettes. It seems as though there must be some kind of shared ventilation system because as I was packing up to leave, I started to smell very strongly a freshly lit/smoked cigarette. My door was not open to the hall, the window was not open so there was no other possible source than the vents. I personally am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and would not choose to stay again for this reason
