Very clean facilities. We really liked the private bath and large bed. The room had a lot of space and we liked the balcony view of the town with a little bit of a view of Mount Fuji. The a/c was wonderful for our late summer trip. The staff were always friendly, responsive, and polite.
Beds are really firm. We were pretty exhausted from traveling but more pillows or a pillow topper on the bed are needed for a more comfortable stay. It was also a pretty decent walk from all the local attractions, though there were several great restaurants nearby. Not really a big deal but the interior of the hotel is a little outdated in many shades of mauve.

Location is a short walk from the train station, had a decent view of Mt. Fuji, the beds were conformable and the bathroom was exceptional.

Good location right on the beach. Room is made up everyday.
Small breakfast, kitchen isn’t available for guests to use after sunset. Receptionists aren’t as friendly.
