deluxe queen suite had an AMAZING view of Mt. Fugi! have a terrace to sit and enjoy the view was such an awesome perk!
Blinds in bathroom need DESPERATE replacing they are really my only complaint. If you don’t care just leave them up and don’t try to bring them down cause it was nasty.

The view of Mt Fuji was incredible from our room.
We are from Australia and there was no streaming services available on the tv, it was Japanese tv only. I sent a message via the app about this issue but received no reply.
Getting a taxi from the hotel was really hard.
Rooms are cleaned whether you like it or not. Came back from being out in the morning to our room door wide open, when we walked back in the room, the cleaner just wandered in with the vacuum and said nothing. I felt an invasion of privacy.
