It is in a very convenient spot, great view of Fuji, near the toll road and Fuji-Q, etc. it’s also very big, clean, and comfortable. The staff were super helpful with surprising my wife with flowers and a cake.

Lovely view of Fuji mountain from my room. The room is quite suspicious if compared to the price. I booked for the room with breakfast and dinner included. Their Kaiseiki course was very exceptional. They prepared seasonal menus so that means you will meet the special course in the each season that you stay. Everything seems formal and neat as Japanese standard. Staff are very kind and friendly.
For me, Onsen in the hotel doesn't meet my expectation. Nothing special. The hotel quite far from the Kawaguchiko station. So you have to call taxi to go there if you don't open roaming.
