Truly exceptional hotel with fantastic view of Fuji. The staff are very helpful and supportive, our Japanese style room was really large and comfortable, bath and toalett separate which was a bonus compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Dinner and breakfast were great and more than enough. The hotel offer free parking that was essential for us and also it is very close to the public bus stop to visit the city or to go to the train station. We were also offered shuttle service but as we had the car, it was not needed. The traditional onsen are separate for men and women but it was fine for us. The hotel is a good choice if you would like to see Fuji from your room.
One recommendation for dinner and breakfast. It would be great to have an English description what is served for those who are not familiar with Japanese dishes.

Very clean and great view at the mountains, and hot springs bath room is also very relaxing experience. There is luggage delivery service from hotel to the station makes it so relaxing for my last day in the area.
I personally would like to see there is a rack inside the Owen room to place towel, so that when I get out of the hot springs have towels to wrap myself up
