Lake view room was just amazing. We were lucky that Mt Fuji revealed itself on both days of our stay at the hotel. Very clean and stylish room. The friendliness and hospitality of staff was 10 out of 10. My daughter and I have fish and nuts allergies and the hotel did their best to accommodate for our allergies during breakfast and dinner.
The halls and staircases are a bit outdated but to be honest you only use those areas for a few minutes a day.

The room was loud but only due to other guests. Perfect stay all around! Staff was extremely friendly and the onsen was clean and presentable at all times.

The traditional Japanese experience was a real highlight, from sleeping on futon beds to enjoying a traditional Japanese breakfast. The onsens (single-sex) were excellent, and the attentive staff made everything easy, notably with a quick shuttle service to the town centre. The slightly older, traditional design gave the hotel a lot of character while remaining perfectly functional and comfortable.
Nothing to report. We have no negative comments about our stay.
