The view is fantastic when the sky is clear and cloudless. Staff is very nice.
Facilities are a bit old and sometimes out of order. You have drive into a narrow road to access the property. During our visit, it was rainy and cloudy all the time hence we didn’t see Mt Fuji at all hence the value of staying in this place is low.

It's close to the train station which is less than 10 minutes walk. The window of room is toward to Mt. Fuji. So you can see it all the time!

The penthouse is really stunning… inside and out. Beautiful modern interior and incredible views of the mountain. Laundry is available on site. The on-site team was super friendly.
If you don’t have a car you’re walking and navigating mostly unnamed narrow streets. The property is not central so if you’re coming from the station you’ll need to grab food from the grocery or be prepared to eat all meals out. The large corner room really needs blackout curtains as daylight breaks very early and it also gets super warm.

No breakfast
The room is not clean enough, not sure is it every room be like this, but there are visible stains on the walls in my room. And for someone travel alone it might be a little bit scared,because after 12am the reception are no one in here. And the room are no headlights in the center of the room, only small desk lamps (I think maybe they do this for the convenience of customers to see the night view? Whether it is good or bad depends on the individual)
