Has a very lovely traditional Japanese Onsen. Views of Mt. Fuji in some rooms. Nice buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff can accommodate transfers of luggage. Free Shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station. Lots of restaurants and cafes a short distance away.

I love the Onsen, and this Hotel is closed to Fuji Kawaguchiko Station. Breakfast was great too.

Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, a pretty straightforward check-in, we had two rooms booked and overlooked the car park, rooms were a decent size for Japan and the bed was comfortable, bright and clean with a small fridge, desk, TV, kettle for tea and coffee. The Onsen was free to use and was an excellent experience, a warning for people with tattoos, you are required to cover them up, I purchased what could only be described as super sized elastoplast from reception (¥500), the removal of these was as expected not a pleasant task, the Onsen does not allow footwear or swimwear of any type, and can only be described as a free and liberating experience but well worth a visit. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food, there were a few very good places to eat all within a few minutes walk including a good size 7-eleven. All in all we had a good stay at the hotel, close to Mount Fuji with a pretty good transport network for visiting the area, also be aware that Mount Fuji can be quite shy, when it does appear be quick for a photograph.
