The location was superb! And the lake view from my room was magical. Staff were very friendly too. I lost the umbrella I borrowed from them and they didn't charge me for it. I wanted to visit the onsen on my last day and it was being cleaned but they stopped the cleaning for me shortly so I had private access to it. Thank you.
Check out is very very early, 10am (would have given it a 10/10 if this wasn't the case). Why do you need 5 hours between check out and check in?
The breakfast wasn't good at all. Most of the time, the food was cold and didn't taste that good. I'm glad I skipped the lunch/dinner option. Skip meals and the hotels and check out nearby eateries. They're good.

I liked the location and the friendly staff
I also liked the dinner and breakfast buffets
I also liked the Public onsen
It seems a bit dated. Some of the plugs don’t work and the lights in the room seem a bit dark

I was put in a handicap room that I wasn’t requested . The bed was very uncomfortable.
