This place was amazing, not only were they very welcoming, they had a bunch of activities and necessities too get you around to the places needed with there on property transportation, the sights were absolutely amazing from the dining hall, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, the rooms were beyond comfortable!

お正月なのに2食付きで価格が安い。木立があり自然を感じられる。フロント、レストランのスタッフが親切で感じが良い。部屋が広くキッチンまである。朝食でお雑煮やおせち料理が食べれて嬉しかった。レストランから木立の間に富士山が観れた。
富士の裾野だからか部屋から富士山が眺められない。化粧水などのアメニティが無い。フロント、食事会場に行くのに一度外に出ないとならず天候が悪いと面倒かな。森の中のホテルなので虫が出る。夕食はサラダ、副菜が豊富でメインが少なく感じた。3Ｌの夫には部屋着のサイズが小さく着れなかった。富士観の丘に辿りつけないので案内板を増やして頂きたい。(迷ってどこかの大学の駐車場に着いた)

お風呂への移動案内(表示)をわかりやすくしてほしい。
お風呂が狭い。(他の施設への入浴)
4人部屋のベッド🛏️が、２つに分かれていたが、１つにまとめた方が良いと思います。
トイレへの廊下が段差があり、大きくつまづいてビックリ‼️した。
