Great breakfast, friendly staff, great pool, free upgrade on last night

It was beautiful. The pool area was so nice and relaxing.

Good breakfast, very nice pool and common area with pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful green areas and good parking. Wonderfull staff and enjoyable massages.

The pool area is the best aspect about the property. It has comfortable sun beds and a jacuzzi in a quiet corner. Since the hotel is calm, there is not a lot of noise in the pool area. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, but has quality. Dinner staff was very nice.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few important negative points that made our stay less enjoyable. Rooms have no soundproofing at all, so you hear other guests and, if the room is closer to the road, cars and motorcycles all night. The room was not cleaned properly. The floor had dirt from lack of vacuuming, and bathroom surfaces have noticeable accumulated dirt from lack of/very superficial cleaning. Besides hygiene, rooms are badly maintained. For example, the shower gel holder was broken and on the floor. Shower towels had a weird smell and some had colored stains. The double room has 2 single beds (bedroom) and 2 “sofa beds” (living room). These sofa beds are extremely stiff, feels like you are sleeping on the floor. For reference, we are athletic and 23/24 yo, so we are not uncomfortable easily when sleeping. They are simply terrible, no mattress at all, just the stiff surface. Staff also does not make the bed. They lay the bottom sheet only and leave the rest folded for the guests to make…I think, above all, this was the most disappointing aspect. We did take this issue to the reception, and they added an old mattress topper. Although it improved the situation, I found the whole issue completely embarrassing for a 4-star hotel. The 4 course meal was interesting at first as contrast to the usual buffet dinner. However, after only 4 days the options started repeating. Quality was also not consistent, even within the same dish.
