Location was great, staff were friendly
Their cleaning wasn’t great, floors in bathrooms had visible caked grime in corners. Definitely needed a deep clean. Front door also didn’t have a latch or anything higher than the doorknob to keep children safe, even though it’s marketed as a family apartment.

Very well positioned and spacious apartment
Each apartment is individually owned so it’s a bit of a lottery if you will get a well presented and maintained one or something more basic

Malcolm and the team made my mum feel so welcome and at ease for her stay. She will definitely return for her Winter Warm Up.

Good location
The property does not look like the photo shown. We stayed for 8 nights only a start kit was provided for Coffee and tea dishwasher liquid, soap shampoo etc. we had to buy all this, no milk was provided. The frying pan was old. We had to request the manger for more coffee. He mentioned that they only provide starter kits. This needs to be mentioned on the list of amenities. No tissue box, had to ask for all this and for the room to be cleaned on the 5th day.
