We were upgraded to the penthouse. It was more than expected. Everything was beautiful. The unit was clean and we'll facilitated and right in front of the lift. Everything was easy. The view was gorgeous and we truly felt very spoilt.
Communication with Bec was very good. She was very accommodating, thank you.
We were also given an early check in, thank you Michelle
There was nothing we didn't like.

Handy to beach and town center.
Nice accomodation and facilities.

Probably only the fact that apartment supplies including pool/ beach towels not available on site

The staff for this accommodation were the best and nicest I've ever had. They went well above what I would have expected. Really lovely people.
The photos of the view from the property provided by booking.com were not accurate. There was some photos from our room with the limited view and some photos from an above room with a great view. We expected a nicer view of the ocean and felt booking.com misrepresented the accommodation. The staff were wonderful which made things a lot better.
