My favourite was the upstairs shower and Onsen
The staff in the restaurant were amazing but the front staff not that facilitating. Normally the staff at reception should feel more welcoming.

The breakfast was good and location was excellent.
I’ve been all over Japan and I was shocked about the front desk service here. We arrive at 11 am and as soon as we step in no hello no good morning i say “hello we have a reservation” receptionist: “check in is at 3 pm” me: oh okay can we keep our luggage here? Them: ok…
Then we leave and come back and they give us a room that was not made! Covers all over the place, door open, then we changed the room but receptionist seem bothered! This is not like any experience i had in Japan before. Very disappointing
