Room was spacious although felt slightly dated. Location was fair to get around.
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived at 11am and had early check in (2pm) and just wanted to leave our suitcases. We were told check in was at 3pm but we could leave our things at reception.
We then arrived back at 2.45 where we were told again check-in was at 3pm. We said we have early check in so they let us check in. Then a third person came and told us that check-in was only available at 3pm as we were checking in on the self service counters.
At no point did a single staff member offer to help during check in nor did they explain where the elevator, room or facilities are. There were also welcome drinks available but again not one of the three staff who told us check in wasn't until 3pm thought to mention this.

Good location. Central. Can walk to many of the common sites. Good options for cofee within walking distance.

We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to lack of hotel's understanding of how the hotel breakfast runs and general organisation of the hotel. Think, the hotel sets themself for failure during the breakfast time.
