Overall it was a good stay. Simple, clean and what we expected from the description and photos.

It was simple and clean accommodation. There are a few small eateries around the area but we didn't get to try any of those. The nearest bus stop or train station requires some walking. If not, everything else is as described.

満足です。

ダブルベッド2台、シングル2台で余裕があった。こじんまりでもLDKがあってよかった。 wi-fiが使えてよかった。最寄り駅が徒歩10分圏内にあって、太宰府天満宮に行きやすかった。キャナルシティや中洲屋台も近かった。セブンイレブンが徒歩3分くらいの所にあった。

洗面器が欲しかった。

部屋が綺麗で広い。お布団も気持ちよくリッチもよかったので快適に過ごす事が出来ました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

Proper and clean room but not for more than 4 people.

- The bathroom is spacious considering the accommodation in Japan. - The location is near to different spots of attraction, which allowed us to explore the city on foot. - The air condition is quiet.

- The wall of the room is thin, so you can hear almost everything wherever ones are doing things in the apartment. - The living room is much smaller than we thought. Dining table and small sofa altogether are too much for this little space. We hardly have room to open our luggages properly. Less beds would be better. The room is max. for 4 not more.

Great location - we loved Fukuoka

Comfortable studio flat with laundry machine, had a very well equipped kitchenette and even a freezer

Everything is in Japanese and no English translation even basic ones so at 6pm when we arrived trying translating how the hair conditioner worked in 32C plus was not ideal

Exceptional

Very nice hotel about 15 minutes by walk from Hakata station. Our room had a river view. It was clean, fully equipt (kitchen, glasses, plates, wash machine, soap in the bathroom, shampoo, several extra towels, TV, clima..). Close to the hotel there are many shops, restaurants, bars.

We were absolutely satisfied.

Superb

Hotel is not that close to Hakata or Tenjin station. But theres Yanagi Bashi bus stop, its a 5 min walk and you can easily ride to get to Hakata station.

Check in was only up to 10 pm was worried i wont be able to check in due to late flight. But we made it in time.

I would like to recommend. was very good!

Staff was very kind, and facility was amazing. There was a private onsen in a room other than the big one for residents.

It was okay for me, but should walk around 10 mins from the station to the place.

Spacious but no staff/completely unmanned

It is a large space for 3 people (not 7) and there is a laundry machine with detergent provided. The bathroom was spacious and even had drying facilities. The place was modern and the digital door felt secure. Location was great for the train station and City Mall.

The hotel is unmanned. This meant check-in was 100% digital. We did speak to a real person over videocall but she was cold with us and didn't show her face. It felt more like they were fulfilling a legal requirement than wanting to welcome us. This was the worst welcome we had in Japan. The unmanned nature also meant there was no one to help in anyway whenever we had a question or request. We wanted a screwdriver as our luggage had broken. It is fair enough that they could not provide us with one, but the response was sharp, telling us we need to buy one and that the place is unmanned. We would have appreciated them to attempt to suggest somewhere else (even if a vague area) to try. We were willing to be directed to getting one.

A nice and quiet place to stay in a central location.

The room was spacious by Japanese standards, very quiet, and located in a central area close to one of the canals. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine worked well. Self check-in was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room and amazing value but bad lost property policy!

The room is very large and it was very clean. When we checked in we had a call with a staff member who was very friendly and spoke English. There’s a washing machine in the room and a drying setting in the shower room which we used and it dried everything in a couple of hours. The location is close to a river and not that far of a walk from Tenjin and Hakata station, but both are a 15-20 minute walk away so if you don’t want to walk maybe choose a different location. It’s not that far from the metro either. The value is also very good, for this standard of room you’d pay a lot more in a manned hotel. This hotel is unmanned so there won’t be staff available if you have queries or need anything.

This isn’t specifically for this hotel, rather this chain of Grand Base hotels as before this we stayed in 2 others in Nagasaki and Beppu. The value is very good however their policy for lost property is really bad. Instead of letting you know if you’ve left something they make you jump through hoops to fill out a form (although the links the other hotels sent me for this form didn’t work). They also throw stuff away after a week, but if, like us you’re travelling around multiple cities you may not instantly realise if you’ve left something behind. This policy also isn’t clear until you’ve already checked into the room, as it’s written in the rooms on posters.

Very great hotel, very big room. View of Hakata Canal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room clean, facilities are new.

Perhaps it should be easier for us to throw away the garbage at anytime we wish.

Great location, reasonable size and price but...

Great location, the room was nice and tidy, fairy good size, equipped with almost everything we need to stay in an accommodation for a little trip to Fukuoka, BUT...!

I thought it would be perfect only if we didn’t have to bring our own nightwear.
