The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was a good size for a family of three. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage before check-in, and there were self-service lockers available after check-out as well.
The property is about a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station, so it is a little farther than expected, especially when carrying luggage. Taking a taxi would be more convenient.

Nice boutique feel, rooms were nicely sizable. Comfortable and clean.

Great location and it was nice to have a little sitting area in addition to the couch in the room with a view. The access to a self check baggage room with locks was very easy and nice. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.
Wish the room was a little bigger. Looked more spacious in the photos. Was also hoping to have access to do laundry. Check-in was a little tricky, but the receptionist was very helpful.
