We booked the four-person loft room, which offered a surprisingly generous living space. It had the modern, young vibe! Note that the stairs leading to the second-floor beds are fairly steep, which might be tricky for very young kids. The bathroom was on the smaller side and there was no kitchenette, and during our nine-day stay, the floors weren't vacuumed despite our cleaning requests. However, considering the great price point and overall boutique charm, it met our expectations and we were very happy with our stay!

Very small bathroom, not allowed to wait around/sit at the check in area during the cafe operating hours, air conditioning was noisy

Location is pretty good even though it’s 5-10 minutes walk to near subway but it’s walkable distance to Tenjin and Hakata (around 15-20mins)
There is a air conditioner in the room but you have absolute no control on the temperature and wind level as they said it’s centralised air conditioning. Winter is fine but cannot image if it’s hot summer!
Bedding and pillow are hostel level, lobby or check-in floor is a cafe, you can’t stay there if you don’t buy from them and it’s packed all the time.
Hotel offers 2 free water bottle daily, if you use daily house keeping service, you won’t get a free water bottle for the day.
