The kitchen family and dining area, including balcony, are very spacious.

Unfortunately, it should not have been available to book because of the condition. I let the manager know via email. Firstly, the main bathroom fan and light does not turn off. They are permanently on, and the fan is so noisy it made it hard to sleep. There was a note on the wall to say please leave bathroom dpor open while showering. So no privacy when showering. The curtains (nets) are torn and ill-fitting in the room with the double bed. The lightbulb in the room also did not work. Could not go to bed and read without a torch. The dishwasher is absolutely disgusting and has an overwhelming stench with stagnant rotton milky water that has been sitting in the bottom of it for a very lenghty period of time. The microwave has a large banging noise when in use. We, in turn, found the kitchen to be unusable, so we had to leave to eat. The glasses had to be prewashed for us to drink out of as did any plates. The chopping board is falling apart. The double bed in the middle bedroom has a broken frame. My son also found an apple mobile phone, which clearly had been left behind. That is an indication of cleaners not cleaning. Their response was they had no cleaners due to the hot weather. I asked for a one night refund, and they said because we booked through booking.com, we could not have a refund, but while he is the manager there, we could have a free night if we returned. Unbelievable!

Location to Suncorp Stadium.

Unit is quite old and had dirty cups/glasses in the cupboard.

Very quiet area- we stays here as a family to go to suncorp stadium ( and recover from jet lag). Special thanks to Bel the manager for excellent help and a little flexibility on check in/out to help us. Very spacious- very comfy beds- well equipped. Exactly what we needed .

Be aware there is not a full time reception- there is phone contact and good reply- this was fine with us but some would not like that.

It was very close to the hospital. Also to shops to get groceries etc New manager was wonderful. Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Mould in the bathroom and on blinds. Dirt on fans. Couch was broken. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk in the room.

Close to public transport - bus, train and city cat

apartment was not serviced when we arrived apartment was not well maintained - broken doorhandles and missing exhaust fan in kitchen; light globes blown electronic keys stopped working after 24 hours and it took 3 and a half hours for the resident manager to return our calls/ messages

Great location

Location is great, size of apartment was excellent. Bed comfortable. Loved the water pressure in the shower.

A little dated, in particular the kitchen area.

There was glass in the dishwasher, there was dirty utensils in the draws. There was mold on the blinds in the main room and in the bathroom, and when we raised this with tjje managers they said the cleaners only do the blinds on a 'spring clean'. One of the rooms had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the handles in the kitchen and bathroom were lose and falling off. The balcony door for one of the rooms did not open. The bathrooms did not have exhaust fans and you had to leave a door open while showering so that the smoke detectors would not go off. There was a used condom wrapper in a drawer. There were scratch's on the walls from where the furniture had been moved.
