Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Location for town centre was good but no parking at location so was expensive to park in town car park for a day
House was quiet at nights
I had to phone number on front door on arrival to ask about my room.i then went back to car to get my case and coming back into the property a guy put his phone in front of me to show a question asking if I was staying 4 nights. I answered yes. He never actually spoke. That was the one and only time I saw any staff. There was a dining room with a small fridge and no food. No one explained about breakfast times etc so I used facilities in my room. I never saw any staff any time I was in or going out if the property - even at end of my stay.
