Everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean, comfortable WARM and spacious room. The staff were lovely and serviced our room to an impeccable standard.
We checked in around 7:30pm and the hotel manager made this seamless and even warmed up our room for us, turned the lights and TV on so it felt like we were walking into our home away from home. I was very grateful for this as we had travelled from the Manawatū with two kids and a baby.
Comfortable clean, warm beds, I requested a cot in the room for our baby and this made up and ready for the baby.
We weren’t able to hear guests in the room next to us so very nice and private.
The kids enjoyed playing at the little park also.
The spa in the room absolutely topped it off after a long day of travelling, our whānau enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back on our next journey to Rotorua 🙌
