Very good location in front of the beach. Hotel was clean, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast with big choice of fresh fruit. We booked a massage for two people in the hotel’s SPA which was great.
No complimentary bottle of water. Furniture on the balcony could be more comfortable.

Check in was very slow & they allow people bypassing us even though we were on line for a long time,but the person @ the desk “LUIS” was so kind he even gave us a room upgrade to compensate for the incident.He was so kind he made sure to guide us on how to transport to the walled city & gave us a tour of the hotel,a very nice staff(LUIS @ the fromt desk)
The humidity in the room is very strong but I neleive this is a problem on the whole cartagena,the lines also smell moldy & himid,also is far from the city center but close with a car ride,we ised the hoyel transportation with a guy named RAMIRO another nice staff.Is far from the city center but is calm & the ocean wayer is clean & less vendors harassing ..
