Nice Hotel in a good location! All the staff were wonderful. They were all dressed really nicely. So Very helpful. Room was big and super clean.

Nice hotel in Cartagena

Nice atmosphere, excellent buffet lunch, spacious rooms, very friendly staff.

They were working next to the pool so there was some noise there.

A good option for business

Clean, good staff, well kept. Rooms are set for working. Spa is expensive but awesome.

Those body guards at lobby of Radisson hotels in Cartagena are unacceptable, considering they judge the guest by the appearance. The time things are open do not help working people.

Superb

The room is big and comfortable bed, if you are family with children you will have enough space. The food at the restoran for dinner pretty good. If you are visiting Cartagena and doesnt mind stay 10 minutes further to get to the central, this is a good deal compare to other hotel. Near to airport too.

Unforgettable Cartagena

Hotel was beautiful. Room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Large balcony with an excellent view. Oceanfront! Breakfast was delicious. Staff very accommodating.

we stay at one family suite, was great!! had an amazing view, and beds were comfortable. spa was WONDERFUL l!!

hard to mix hot and cold water in one of the shower, also had a little bit of woodboring beetle so we found residues at the room but the hotel stuff was helpful and took care of that

Excellent quality hotel providing you with good sleep, relaxation and delicious food!

The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a suite extremely nice, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really big and comfortable; the service at the restaurants was great and the breakfast was super big and generous with a huge variety of delicious food both national and international. The hotel is located in a quite area away from the noise and therefore offers a good quality sleep. The center is 10 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides taxi services which is very convenient. There is a private garden in front of the beach which is great to relax and away from the crowded beach. Last, the value paid for the room at this hotel is very good in comparison with others located at the historic center, which offer less quality for a similar price, the Radisson is totally worth it!

There were stains in the bed sheets, which is a point for improvement :)

We slept in 5 different hotels during our 2-week family stay in Colombia (in Bogota, Medellín, Salento, Santa Marta). This Radisson hotel was by far, 1) the most expensive hotel & 2) the worst hotel - It's a big ugly hotel, with hundreds of rooms, without soul, without charms, without terrace or balcony in rooms, squeezed between 2 other hotels. - There is only a small swimming pool. There are jacuzzis on the 10th floor, but prohibited for children. - The beach is frankly ugly - The bedroom windows are dirty - Operational inefficiency. For example at breakfast, you have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a simple omelet (there is only one person who makes omelettes for all the customers!).

nice hotel, they had live music for new years and New Year’s Day. pool doesn’t get direct sunlight so not very good for

nice property, breakfast very good, jacuzzis nice but wish we were told at check in. housekeeping staff was amazing and lovely.

the pool area and lack of enough sun loungers. pool areas isn’t big enough for a hotel of its size. wish we were told about jacuzzi area at check in and because we were foreigners bell boys were less helpful with taxis than they were to the locals.
