Wonderful onsen - both the private one and the public one. Nice staff. Free coffee at the lobby. Excellent location.

The ryokan experience was the highlight of the whole trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the room interior felt authentically Japanese, and having a private onsen was a real treat. The views were excellent too, overall it exceeded my expectations of what a traditional Japanese stay could be.

The room was great, we had a really nice view to the river. The food was awesome and a lot of good and tasty things... Naoko Sama's attention was excellent.
The weather, but even though that, it was nice.

Location, traditional stay, private onsen, beautiful and delicious dinner and breakfast, and very clean.
The third bed futon was a bit uncomfortable.
