The location is great, short walk to the beach, and close to shops for anything you made need for your stay at the Gold Coast. Also the recent addition of the tram service and the recent upgrade of the main highway makes this hotel an exceptional place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone for a Gold Coast stay.
There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Having stayed here before, I knew exactly what to expect. Since my last stay the furniture has been upgraded, so it has been improved.

I liked the kitchen/lounge/balcony areas most.
It's showing its age, maybe a re-fresh.is needed, but l'd recommend staying there anyway.

I liked the location and that there was a pool and it had 2 rooms
I found a half smoked cigarette in the bathroom bin, a lady's broken nail in the bedroom, it had a funny smell when initially walking in. The lights had not been cleaned in sometime as there was dead bugs in them. The WiFi did not work.
