An afforable motel in a convenient area. What you would expect for the price.

Excellent location, just a short stroll to the beach. Rooms were well kept. Parking was substantial. Tram stop across the road for convenience. A very good find for a weekend stay.
Being able to open a window would have been nice.

Not much. It was clean and roomy. Large fridge and plenty of space in the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable.
Basement level room with no view, small shower with low ceiling, awkward and small below street level parking. TV and internet did not work at any stage despite assurances after contacting the property that it did. Office staff only on site from 12-6 pm
