Peaceful location overlooking a wood. Clean, great bed lots of kitchen equipment.
No dressing table area. Pillows a bit flat. Sofa too low for me to use. I would still return.

It was in a good location with free parking for a wedding in lemington spa that me and several friends were attending. We all had different experiences but the consensus was a 7.
The beds were not very comfortable. Some too hard some had a dip in the middle. It was quite noisy outside too, but for the price we were happy overall.

staff very nice
room was horrid and small, asked to be moved. then given another awful room. clean but small and the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. it clunked when you sat on it. didn't sleep all night. asked for a refund for the second night so i could go elsewhere and was upgraded to a new room which was nice and had a comfortable bed finally.
