It was EVERYTHING! Views on views on views! It smelled AMAZING TOO! It was my best hotel so far.
One or two of the wait staff were borderline rude.

Service and cleaning were excellent. The view is wonderful.
The find a good restaurant in the hotel area is almost impossible. This leaves you with the option of dining at the hotel at a VERY expensive costs.
The hotel is missing a beach which guests can swim, causing to travel to nearby beaches.

The restaurants were good, the staff very friendly and warm.
The furniture and facilities showed signs of wear and tear in several areas. The carpet was stained, the walls had visible cracks, and even the indoor pool had noticeable rust marks. Overall, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment.
There were also very few activities organized by the hotel, which is disappointing considering there’s not much to do in the surrounding area—especially if you’re staying for more than three nights.

The location and view from the hotel is perfect. We easily booked boat via chat on WhatsApps. The swimming pools and restaurants view are amazing. The reaction for emergency situation when we had to call to ambulance was perfect.
We were disappointed with our stay, especially considering the high price. Dinner took almost 2 hours to arrive, which was impossible with a 9-month-old baby. I had to return to the room for bedtime, and my steak was eventually delivered cold, so I couldn’t eat it.
The baby cot also didn’t feel safe for a baby who can already stand. Breakfast service was very slow as well — an omelet took 30 minutes.
Overall, the hotel doesn’t feel very family-friendly. The kids’ room is small with very few toys and activities. For this price level, we expected much better service and facilities for families. Our car was scratched while being parked by the hotel staff, but unfortunately, they did not take responsibility, even though we showed them exactly where it happened and had seen the valet struggling to park the car. We had insurance but even no apologies were expressed.
