This is a fantastic hotel - I'm really not sure you'll find a better located hotel for the price, considering what is to offer! My room had a beautiful view of the river, and the SkyTree, and was bigger than I expected, compared to what I'd heard about Japanese room sizes. The staff were super friendly, and although I don't speak much Japanese, the staff and reception did their best to help and even speak English where they could just to make things a little easier. Very clean, very efficient house keeping and good facilities. A/C was nice and cold and bed was comfy!
My only small gripe was one washing machine and one dryer, which split between that many floors and rooms, made it almost impossible to get any laundry done, even at 11PM, but that is my only small complaint.

We have stayed with APA before and like our stay. Love having an Onsen to use after a big day of sightseeing. Very clean hotel with lovely staff. Our included breakfast was very good with lots of Japanese and western choices. The hotel is close to lots of train stations and not far from major sightseeing spots. Lots of places to eat close by.
The rooms are a little small. We knew this but using the room is a different matter. We are from Australia and enjoy a bit of space. I will say that our room was well equipped and organised with everything you need.
