Ottimo hotel per visitare Ueno e dintorni

La posizione è ottima sia per visitare a piedi la zona sia per spostarsi con la metro. Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario anche se un po' piccola (meglio dal vivo che in foto). La colazione è buona ma un po' limitata. Staff disponibile e sempre gentile

Comfortable stay in a great location close to subway station

The location was very close to subway. It helped in local movement and to airport. Lot of eateries and shopping places in the nearby areas. As expected it was very clean, modern and the staff very helpful.

Nothing as such. The breakfast is not a buffet. You get coupon which has to be shown to the attached restaurant. They have few fixed options menu. Unfortunately there were no vegetarian options.

新しい施設で、総合的に素晴らしかったです

お部屋が広く快適。大浴場も清潔で、19時台は貸し切り状態でした。ロビーの無料ドリンクにカモミールティー等のティーパックもあり、よかったです。

窓からの景色は期待できないかも（裏手のビル）

還不錯的

房間夠大，有備空氣清淨和加濕器窗外能看見晴空塔交通方便藏前站，附近生活機能好。下樓過馬路就有超市

廁所小離淺草鬧區步行較遠些女泡湯池小，水較不熱也稍髒，可能是比較晚去的關係吧！

It was good for a short stay, but I will choose a bigger place next time.

Excellent location, close to everything. The train station is literally right in front of the hotel. Absolutely love the laundry area and free drinks in the lobby. They helped store our luggage after we checked out, which was lovely. The room is well equipped and pretty comfy for a short stay.

The room is much smaller compared to the pictures. I booked the standard one (13m2), and although it is said to be able to accommodate 2 people, please only book when you are on your own. It is two packed for 2 people in that room. As international traveller, you can just open your big suitcase to take something out, and there will be no space left to walk in the room. The bathroom is quite small, so it can be tricky to manage.

房間大小覺得適合單人入住(雙人床)，25吋行李可以全開沒問題。

交通便捷，附近有超市超商，飲食店也很多，飯店一樓是咖啡廳用餐也很方便。 lobby有咖啡機可以使用，販賣機和洗衣機也在這邊，還有垃圾桶可丟棄瓶罐，多天入住覺得很好。

這次住的房間在7樓，可能是鄰接隔壁大樓，會有食物油煙味飄入，特別是夜間時段。房間的隔音不差，除了最後兩晚樓上的動靜比較大，其它都沒問題。

Superb

Room is compact but quite comfy, clean and has plenty amenities. It also well soundproofed (my room was excactly beside the elevator but no noise heard at all ) . They offer late check out for 1k yen per hour , which is good deal for me , since i was stay out very late the night before ,so i can rest longer before catch my flight staffs are polite and very helpful, when i checked out i have plenty coins left and they help me to exchange them to bigger bank notes. Location is very startegic on walking distance with tourist spots like asakusa and it's also near kuramae st which is give easy accsess to haneda /narita airport

Nothing major...just the pillow was little bit uncomfortable, and their public bath is small, but that's not deal breaker.

Great service and very convenient location: a 5-minute walk to train and bus stations.

The room was spacious enough and cleaned well daily. The front desk was quite helpful too.

Was a lovely choice for a 2 night stay. Area was safe and more quiet compared to the rest of Tokyo.

Room size was enough for 1-2 people. Breakfast so good and the staff were amazing!

Good for short stays.

Good security. You need the room key card to use the hotel elevator to access other floors. There’s also a coffee machine,snacks and some manga for guests at the lobby reception floor. Breakfast menu are mostly light meals with salads and drinks.

While there’s lots of entrance space in the room, the toilet is quite cramp. Be careful not to slip or hit your head against the wall/door handle.

Difficult to get a precise medium temperature with the shower. It was either too cold or too hot.

Great for solo travellers

Location was great, a minute walk to Kuramae station and there are a lot of convenience stores nearby. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable, and space was just right for one person.

- Could hear noises and people walking from outside as room was right beside the lift lobby - There is a buzzing sound from the air conditioner at times not sure what it was but was quite distracting
