Great location, will stay again. Friendly staff and clean room and facilities.

Great location straight across from a patrolled beach. Staff were super friendly. Undercover lockup parking included. Great coffee shop downstairs and easy walking distance for lunch and dinner options. Close enough to walk to Mooloolaba for restaurant and cafe options. Property was clean and well maintained. We had an ocean front room with great views and room was recently renovated with a great coastal vibe.

Our stay was very relaxing however for the cost we expected more!

We loved the location, pool, bed, lounge suite, shower head and cafe downstairs

We didn’t like: fridge wasn’t cleaned properly, all the dishes were dirty from the last guest and stacked in the cupboard, table and chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable, the spa was not very clean. We expected for 1 weeks stay at least one service, to change linen and replenishment of soaps etc

Great location, roomy 3 bedroom unit friendly staff,

Breakfast was available for purchase at the Booley - newly opened cafe downstairs in the building. Location directly across from the beach was great, cafes and Durf Club close by and a 20 minute walk to Mooloolaba.

The only issue was that we lost our aircon on the second last day. However the building maintenance person came to investigate, called the technician and gave us a fan in the interim. It was fixed within a few hours. Bonus was that we were given a $50 voucher towards meals at the Surf Club, which we appreciated.

Superb

Service was soon kind and helpful, facilities were good and my boys had fun.

They had some construction on which the boys weren't too happy about. But that was just minor annoyance.

Central, relaxing and easily accessible to beaches. Fabulous views from patio

Fantastic location right on the beach. Great for walks along the beach or paths.

10th Anniversary Getaway

Definitely the Roof Top, & had a beautifully renovated superior room. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine & free coffee card as well, which was a nice surprise!

Moved from main penthouse due to workman on rooftop. I totally understood, just a little disappointing at the time.

Loved the owners Janelle n Steve, they were both very accommodating to us an helpful, loved that it Was close to alot of restaurants an facilities we liked

Good location, close to Alex club. Nice walk into mooloolaba but need reasonable fitness

Very old and dated looked quite grubby.

Good location.

Great location

Bedroom had insufficient window coverings. I had to buy a large towel and peg to the window to stop the street light and sun from beaming in at 4.30am. Glass doors were very hard to open and off tracks. Tiles in room are very tacky and left feet dirty. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Pool landscaping isn’t very resort. Second bedroom was so tiny that could not access the wardrobe. Sorry but didn’t feel 4 star.

We were very impressed with the location and the views.

The location was central to everything including beach,resturaunts and cafes. Also we upgraded to a beach view room and it was well worth it.

Nothing really we were very happy with all on offer.

Everything was wonderful

The ac didn't work properly in Unit34, almost like turning a fan on. The cleaning was average. There was hair in the spa when we arrived and hair and sand in the bed. I had to shake it out.
