The entrance was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Loved the welcoming drink and treats gifts in our room . was also given a map and told best places to visit . You could also use the onsen even with tattoos
When looking for a ryokan stay this looked amazing with views of Nara park and an outside bath on balcony but our room had rooftop views and side of building views and no balcony with bath . We could have just stayed in a cheap hotel and saved our money

We stayed in the quadruple room with the private external bathroom and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room had a lovely view, and everything was spotless. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Nara Park, where you can feed the famous deer, which was a wonderful experience. We also loved the rooftop terrace, which offers beautiful views. Overall, an amazing stay that we would happily recommend.

quietness of the site. Zen garden and lobby room. Room was spacious.
We slept on the floor as this hotel is a traditional Japanese accommodation. It was a bit hard for me as i suffer from back pain. Not recommended for old person or person suffering from back pain.

Japanese style, good location for the park very friendly staff. Grateful they put the football on for me a 5am.
Rules were a bit ridged. Dinner time was a bit too early.
