We came for a Wedding at Elm House and many guests stayed here, there was nothing we did not like. We cannot comment about the staff as we never saw them but knew they were working out and about to maintain this lovely place.

This place was a much needed technology break for the family the kids loved the cute little moss covered cabin in the rainforest and the cosy fireplace.
There were some boards on the deck that were spongy so we had to watch were we walked and the beds were uncomfortable.
The kids felt like they were laying on wood.
The main bed was good for one person laying in the middle but with 2 it was like we were going to roll off the bed the sides were very soft.
