Room size and fittings, comfy bed, excellent WiFi, decent breakfast
Reception understaffed, long wait for check-in, no lift down to carpark so moving luggage a challenge, fitness centre a bit run down, overall decor is bland ... felt like I was staying in some kind of institution.

This was such a surprise, so much better than Holiday Inn Express locations back home in the UK. Room was spacious with a fabulous view from the large
window and the bed was seriously comfortable. The buffet breakfast was hugely better than we expected. Even the coffee was delicious. We rarely stay in
chain hotels and only stayed here for convenience so we were extremely surprised at how good it was. Outstanding value for money!

Loud squeaky noise sometimes coming from bathroom. Breakfast was not very good.

bed was very comfortable, AC is working condition.
the room I reserved was not the same as I got. I reserved a two bed and I got one for two people. there was only one towel and one toilet paper in the room right after check in. Bathroom was dirty, long hair all over the place.
