Nice and cozy. The location was what we were looking for. The room (compared to a hotel room with windows)was completely different than what we are used to. But it was comfortable.
That we only had one night to spend in Tuxtla.

La atención 24hrs, las habitaciones son cómodas, y muy buena ubicación

Ambos encargados fueron increíbles.
Son atentos, sinceros y todas las cualidades buenas qué acompañan a 2 jóvenes con pasión por el servicio
Las amenidades. No son espectaculares pero las galletas, las aguas y los snacks pequeños y sin esperarlos son una gran diferencia entre una experiencia normal a una inolvidable como lo fue en este caso.
El tamaño de la habitación.
Y el baño al parecer tiene un problema en la nivelación del piso y hace que el agua de la ducha salga hasta el wc.
