The room was amazing! Beautiful , we are only the ground floor which was very good for seniors. The staff are kind especially the Filipina who helped us with our room problem. Water is provided .The location was also good.

The staff at the front desk were really nice.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It severely dipped in the middle, swallowing my husband whole. I was left clambering to the very edge, trying not to get sucked in with him. This was an all-night, never-ending battle. Not good knowing our next night will be spent trying to sleep upright on a transatlantic, 16-hour flight home in economy class. The balcony had no door handle to open it and see any views. The bathroom was tiny with a small square shower (good luck to the average-sized person bending over to wash their feet!). The room in general was minute with zero free space to put two (2), standard-sized suitcases. Lastly, the people freely smoking weed in the hallways would make your eyes water. I really liked the friendly front desk staff but "no", I'm not staying again.
