Location was great, central but quiet
We had some issues with heating and shower but once staff were notified they sorted it for us very quickly

The location was great, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the room facilities need improvement! Especially the Jacuzzi, which was included in the room and was extremely difficult to use! Even though the landlord came to check it once during our six-day stay, the Jacuzzi function still wouldn't turn on! We only used it once during the entire six days! In the end, the landlord was only willing to refund €60… I hope you can prioritize your Jacuzzi feature! We booked your room specifically because of this feature, but it was indeed a bit disappointing. We'll even proactively replace the remote control battery for you! However, please make sure you fix the Jacuzzi and don't disappoint us again!, wish you Happy New Year…..

Ici le sommeil n'est pas assuré. L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé et on entend tous les bruits provenant de la rue (il y a beaucoup de passage) et pire on a droit aux bruits du voisin qui invite un grand nombre de personnes tous les soirs jusqu'à 1 voire 2h du matin. Simon le propriétaire a qui j'ai fait part de mes 'tourments' m'a répondu que la prochaine fois il faudrait que je prenne un hôtel et a ajouté qu'il ne comprenait pas que je sois restée dans l'appartement. M'aurait-il trouvé autre chose ? M'aurait-il remboursé ? J'en doute.
D'autant plus qu'il m'a dit cela après mon départ .....
Bref si vous voulez dormir passez votre chemin.
Here, sleep is not guaranteed. The apartment is not at all soundproofed and you hear all the noise coming from the street (there is a lot of traffic) and worse, you get the sounds of the neighbor who invites a large number of people every night until 1 or even 2 o'clock in the morning. Simon, the landlord to whom I shared my 'torments', replied that next time I would need to take a hotel and added that he did not understand why I had stayed in the apartment. Would he have found me something else? Would he have paid me back? I doubt it.
Especially since he told me that after I left...
Anyway, if you want to sleep, go your way.
