Location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, plenty of coffee.

It is very clean and comfortable. Great bathroom. Great location.
The staff needs to learn how to communicate effectively and respectfully. They do not communicate with compassion. Their approach and attitude takes this place from a 10 to a 5. No matter how great the hotel itself is, the customer service truly ruins it. From not being shown the elevator after checking in to having a man knock on my door to yell at me that I need to go downstairs to change my key card. Overall really great hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here because of the customer service experiences.
