Good stay. Wonderful location

We really enjoyed this location. With younger kids access to a pool is a must, so you won’t find better located private access. The staff was amazing. Laureen met us and showed us around and was such a delight. She was very helpful with getting the air on and some tips for the location.

Nothing was disappointing and all lived up to the description and pictures. The layout could be slightly more comfortable for hanging around with family but then you are there to be in Sevilla.

A perfect venue for a family celebration.

Fabulous building, had everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. The air conditioning was a god send. Loved the pool and roof terrace.

Great stay in the Old Town Seville in summer

The location was as described and excellent to explore Seville Old Town. All rooms were comfortable with great AC. Pool was amazing on the roof and required in the heat of Seville in August. Our support from Anna was great

Some maintenance was required around the pool and with the pool steps. This will be fixed when workers are back from holiday. A temporary fix was arranged quickly.

Our lovely Seville trip

Stunning house which was perfect for us. Good location, just 10mins walk and your in the centre of everything. Pool was great. Rooms all has ensuites and hairdryers. Air con was good. Boris greeted us and was very helpful in arranging transport and reccomending restaurants. Thourougly enjoyed our stay

A few little things to mention for information for the owner. The kitchen bin had not been emptied, neither had the coffee machine. There was toothpaste in one of the bedroom sinks and some black patches in the shower area. We were not particularly bothered by this, but if i was paying for someone to clean the property, then i would want to know

Such a great property. Friendly welcome. Extremely clean. Amazing facilities including roof top pool and spa. Comfy beds. Wonderful location. Would recommend a stay. You will not be disappointed.

Spacious apartment with a great location

This apartment was a great selection. There are 5 floors that you have all to yourself. The first floor (lower level) is the spa with a hot tub, sauna, steam room, shower and bathroom. The second floor where you enter is the kitchen and living room and one bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grocery store around the corner. The third floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, shower, shampoo/shower gel, towels and a hair dryer. The fourth floor has 2 bedrooms that are locked. We only needed 3 bedrooms which comes at a lower cost. If you select the 5 bedroom option, these bedrooms are open and available. The fifth floor is a rooftop patio with a pool, which is a great place to unwind. Lara was our point of contact while staying at the apartment and was very helpful. She checked in on us every day via text to make sure everything was ok. The location is perfect as it is right around the corner from the Avenida de Hercules, which has a lot of restaurants and bars. Main attractions like the Seville Cathedral and Plaza de Espana are also within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

Birthday celebration holiday

Location was lovely and quiet but only a short walk to all the main attractions in the centre of Seville. The beds were big and very comfortable, all rooms were en suite so guests have privacy. The basement with hot tub, sauna and spa as well as the rooftop were lovely and the outside pool was warm. The owner was always available so if anything needed rectifying this was fixed quickly (we had a few bulbs blow and this was fixed the same day)

Nothing to dislike. There were no spare pool towels though, just 2 towels in each room so if 2 people in a room this meant no spare towels. Also no shower gel provided in some rooms but this is a minor point.

We had a wonderful visit with family, and were able to enjoy Sevilla with the comfort of all staying in the same locatio

The property is awesome! It is located within walking distance of almost everything you will need and the places you will want to visit. We stayed here with a group of 10, but could have definitely fit more people. Boris was so amazing to work with, setting up a taxi ahead of time to pick us up from the airport and making sure we had everything we needed.

There wasn’t much not to like! The only thing we would have changed would be the quiet hours, but those are neighborhood rules, not the specific house. We were able to enjoy all the amenities, and they all worked as expected.

So disappointed

Unfortunately because of all the bad we could not see anything we liked 😕

The swimming pool was not working, the decking had not been put back properly so was unsafe, one bedroom was uninhabitable, the wall fell off into one of my sons hands and the other son got an electric shock when trying to put on a tv

Superb

Lots of space and excellent facilities. We loved the rooftop with pool. Great for our family of adults.

We suggest changing the power cutoff arrangement for the lower level. The entire lower level loses power at Midnight, including the laundry facilities. This was a problem because we had a load of laundry in when everything shut off. When we opened the machine to rescue our laundry, water went everywhere. It was inconvenient that we couldn't wash/dry clothes during the night. Also, there was a distinct foul odor throughout much of the house, especially upper bedrooms and lower level.

Really beautiful house in central Sevilla. Especially the basement and rooftop are very nice. Everything was clean and we welcomed very nice by a friendly hostess!
