El lugar es súper bonito, la atención del personal fue excelente súper amables, muy limpio y vale la pena la inversión.
El único inconveniente es que al final querían cobrarnos una cantidad de casi 180 dlls que por el mantenimiento de jardín, de alberca, alimentos que no consumimos, que pagó de propinas (cuando estas a todo aquel que nos atendía se le dio su propina en el momento)etc, de tener una experiencia excelente esa situación nos decepcionó, adjudicar cargos que deben de ser parte del cobro de la estancia, si exigimos que no los quitaran y se redujo a casi 30 dlls de lo que realmente si debían cobrarnos, el personal de recepción súper molesto, así que hay que tener mucho cuidado y revisar bien todo. Otra cosa es que el pago queríamos hacerlo en pesos y no se nos permitió eso deberían de ponerlo en las políticas al reservar así uno va preparado.

Our room was beautiful, and the whole property was quiet because it is located away from the hotel zone. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the food was amazing.
The moment after we checked in we were turned over to someone who was going to "give us a tour of the hotel" but in reality was a time-share salesman. But on the plus side, once we told him "no thanks" we were not bothered about it again for the rest of the trip.
