Prime location. The hotel is right in the middle of myeongdong and very near the subway station and bus stops. Check in and check out were both smooth. We appreciate that there is complimentary coffee and water in the lobby.
Two out of three bulbs in the room are not working. the room was good for three but it was cramped and we can barely open all three of our luggages at the same time.

Staff are not friendly. Everything we asked, was declined. Even they didn’t give us 3 keys for 3 guests.
