We had a great stay at hotel Terme. The staff was helpful with all our requests & had a very nice room to store our bikes. The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was good

The views are incredible and the hotel as a whole is well built and comfortable. The bed is nice and the room pleasant in its essentials.
The bathroom in particular and to some extent the room in general had a moldy or mildew smell that was quite unpleasant.

Best hotel experience we've ever had in Italy! Breakfasts were amazing, staff was extremely helpful, the views from dining room were breathtaking. We are convinced the extremely tasty bread and pastries were done locally given the very pleasant bakery-like smells present in the hotel in the evening.
