I stayed in this hotel 6 nights, so I believe my review should be pretty realistic about what this accommodation can offer. There are plenty of great things to say about this accommodation like the top location in Bormio centre, the parking availability still being in the centre, the amazing breakfast offer, the super value for money, but if I should pick the best I would say the staff and the atmosphere they create which made me feel like I was at home. If I should be back in Bormio, without any doubts I would be back here.
There is nothing negative I could mention. The rooms are basic (if you look for luxury you cannot expect to have this price level) but perfectly functioning in every feature. I saw some negative reviews concerning the stairs, and yes the stairs are there and not easy if somebody has some deambulation issues. However, this is clearly and transparently mentioned in the hotel description, so it shouldn’t impact the reviews at all because no surprise here if someone reads the description.
