The location is gorgeous, the property is very well maintained, our room was spacious and exceptionally well designed. We enjoyed our stay, so extended it with another day. The staff is super friendly, very polite, smiling, they seem to be professionals who genuinely like their job and not just 'fake it till they make it'. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Lovely room and breakfast, our flight was delayed but they took the stress out of our late arrival with great communications. Vezprem is a lovely little town

Good location
Low quality personnel. Difficulties in communication. Property charged in local currency, not in Euro like it was mentioned on booking and this lead to extra costs. Property manipulated data from booking resulting in extra costs for breakfast.
